Steve J. Adams is a Canadian LGBTQIA+ director renowned for his visually stunning and emotionally raw storytelling, showcasing the lives and experiences of real people. He co-directs with Sean Horlor.
Their latest feature documentary, Satan Wants You, was one of the most buzzed-about titles at SXSW 2023, with Variety hailing it as “this year’s scariest documentary.” The film received a 95% Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes and won major awards, including the Audience Award for Best Documentary at Fantasia International Film Festival and voted Best Canadian Documentary by the Vancouver Critics Circle.
